The tester I had run this couldn't always tell if it passed or failed because the bottom border disappears off the page for some printers. So it wasn't clear to him that there was a 'box below'.
Adding a small bottom margin (~1/4in should do) to bottom-center would ensure that all four borders should appear.
I know I've 'Accepted' other tests with similar design that have this same shortcoming. If you can make the analogous change on the rest of the tests in this series, that would be swell.

Done. I ran through 20 other margin box tests regardless of status and added analogous changes.
