Suggested title change: 'CSS Test: page borders (bottom)'

In the 'bottom-left-corner' styling, change 'border' to 'border-bottom'.

You need to set a page margin that can include the .5in+6pt styling instructions. This is overconstrained for 4x6in media if the UA defaults to ~.5in page margins.

I don't really get why there were margins on the margin boxes themselves, so I removed them (and made the other fixes) and added a page margin to match the existing language. Does that work?

The margins on the margin boxes were keeping the bottom border off (above) the bottom page edge. With no margin, the border sits right against the page edge and is not consistently visible. (Things printed very near the edge often disappear off the edge, a side effect of the fact that the printer expands the content to cover the entire page for full-bleed images.)

So need to add the mbox margins back in, and ensure that the page margin is large enough to hold the mbox margin and its border.

Done. Is .7in too much margin on 4×6?
