Let's shorten up the title: how about “Page at-rules cascade”? (I'm not sure why, but the wiki is showing the title as “CSS Test: Page Size - Cascading in the Page Context - Page contexts cascade” while the file currently shows “CSS Test: Cascading in the Page Context - Page contexts cascade”.)
A shorter file name (e.g., page-cascade-001) would be preferable as well.

The 'p' has a top margin by default, so it moves the text down noticeably past the mid-point. Change the 'p' to a 'div', or give the p a 0 top margin.
