CSS Test: page-break-after (inline elements)

Discussion

The spec has been changed to allow UA's to apply page-breaking properties anywhere they want to. They MUST however apply them to blocks.

Change the assertion: remove the 'only'. Add a help link to css3-page (so that the test will apply to both the 2.1 and 3.0 test suites). Change the description:

There may or may not be a page-break after this line of text.

This sentence must be on either the first or second page.

This sentence must appear on a new page.

I made minor improvements to the title and assertion.
