The spec has been changed to allow UA's to apply page-breaking properties anywhere they want to. They MUST however apply them to blocks.
Change the assertion: remove the 'only'.
Add a help link to css3-page (so that the test will apply to both the 2.1 and 3.0 test suites).
Change the description:
<p class="noBreak">There may or may not be a page-break after this line of text.</p>
<p>This sentence must be on either the first or second page.</p>
<p>This sentence must appear on a new page.</p>
