Change the first page description: “This paragraph must appear centered horizontally on the first page. A header of “First Page” must appear at the top of the page. The page background is white.”

Add the following to the page 'last' @top-center style rules to keep the header at the top of the page:
vertical-align: top;
margin-top: 5%;
And I'd choose a different page name from 'spun', to avoid confusion about landscape orientation. ('last', 'named', 'fourth'…)
