Goals

Move the web forward by improving testing and therefore its quality
Create awareness among the community and onboard testers
Create a cross-company partnership of folks interested in improving the web
Get developers to get in the habit of submitting test cases when they run into bugs

The number of attendees will depend on the number of experts available. The recommended ratio attendees/experts is 5 to 1 (10 to 1 max).
If we want 100 attendees we will need 20 experts (optimal number)
